Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Fort Mill, SC. Starting at $11 per hour with 20-28 hours per week, part-time now, with potential for full-time.

You will answer phones, greet members, sign up new members, and log amenities with a friendly, professional approach. You will promote fitness classes, provide a clean and safe environment, and respond to member questions promptly.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job Location: L026 Ft Mill - Fort Mill, SC, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Part- Time: Starting at $11 per hour. 20-28 hours per week. Full time potential.

• Schedule A: Sun 1pm-7pm, Mon/Tues/Fri 6am-12pm
• Schedule B: Sun 1-7pm, Thurs 2-10pm, Fri 2-9pm

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
