Job summary

Planet Fitness in Carmel, IN is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative starting at $12 per hour. Schedule options include weekends and weekday evenings. The role focuses on delivering a superior, judgment-free member experience while supporting daily club operations and sign-ups.

Hourly increases occur at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter. A range of benefits is offered, including PTO, EAP, and free Black Card membership, with state-of-the-art support for staff

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job Location: L165 Carmel - Carmel, IN 46032, Part- Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Schedule Option A : Saturday - Sunday (2 pm - 7 pm),

Schedule Option B : Monday - Wednesday (8 pm - 11 pm),

Schedule Option C : Monday, Tuesday, Friday (4:45 am - 8 am)

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
