Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products, follows all product preparations procedures and maintains established product holding times.
• Contributes to achieving the Company’s product goal and meets the needs of customers while minimizing complaints.
• Follows policies and procedures in TM handbook including image, attendance, safety and security; ensures shift coverage and feedback is provided to correct issues.
• Maintains product quality, customer service, and performance responsibilities (MCE readiness, food/labor costs, cleanliness) within standards; manages cash and inventory using company systems.
