Job summary

Papa Johns is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and areas in the restaurant to ensure high-quality products and customer service are delivered, supporting profitability and compliance with policies and systems.

The role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and prior shift-lead experience is preferred. Strong teamwork and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Long hours (32+), including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines including dough management, portioning and product prep.
• Maintain product quality and customer service while controlling costs.
• Ensure adequate shift coverage and provide immediate feedback to address issues.
• Support inventory management and cash handling to minimize loss.
• Uphold company policies and TM handbook guidelines.
