Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products and following all product preparation procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the Company's product goal.
• Meets the needs and expectations of customers, minimizes complaints and responds to needs.
• Follows all policies and procedures in the TM handbook including safety and security.
• Exhibits core values, maintains a positive attitude and works well with others.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage for restaurant.
• Provides immediate feedback and corrects problems when identified.
• Maintains product quality, customer service, and cost targets within standards.
• Contributes to profit goals by accurately utilizing the FOCUS System.
• Executes cash management duties.
• Assists in managing inventory levels to minimize loss.
