Job summary

Papa Johns is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and work areas, ensuring high quality products and customer service. You will help drive restaurant profitability by executing company policies, ensuring compliance with laws, and managing shift coverage and costs.

The role requires the ability to perform duties across all restaurant positions, a positive team attitude, and flexibility to work long hours including nights and weekends. Prior shift-lead experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe or local/state food service certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work long hours including nights/weekends.
• Ability to perform duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines for dough management, portioning, and product prep.
• Contributes to achieving product goals and meets customer expectations; follows TM handbook policies.
• Exhibits core values; maintains positive attitude and teamwork.
• Secures adequate shift coverage and provides immediate feedback when issues arise.
• Supports profitability by managing costs, inventory and cash using company systems.
