Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform duties of all restaurant positions.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned station duties, ensures quality products and adheres to holding times.
• Contributes to achieving the Company's product goals and meets customer needs.
• Follows TM handbook policies on image, attendance, safety and security.
• Demonstrates core values and teamwork.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct issues.
• Maintains quality, service, and performance standards including MCE readiness and cleanliness.
• Contributes to profit goals by following company guidelines and using the FOCUS system; executes cash management.
• Assists in inventory management to minimize loss.
