Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and work areas to ensure high quality products and customer service. You will help drive restaurant profitability by executing company policies and ensuring compliance with laws and ethical practices.

Responsibilities include maintaining product quality, managing staff across shifts, and contributing to cost controls and inventory management using our systems. A strong emphasis on teamwork and customer service per company values.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights, weekends and emergencies.
• Ability to perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station including dough management and portioning.
• Contributes to meeting product goals and customer needs; follows policies and procedures.
• Exemplifies Core Values and works well with others.
• Ensures shift coverage and provides feedback; maintains product quality and costs.
• Supports cash management duties and assists in inventory control to minimize loss.
