Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership:-Oversee daily shift operations, including opening, closing, and shift transitions-Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant-Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management-Ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly
• Team Support & Supervision:-Guide and support team members during the shift-Delegate tasks effectively to maintain workflow and efficiency-Train new employees on procedures, system, and customer service expectations-Address minor performance or customer issues in real time
• Customer Service:-Greet customers and ensure a welcoming, friendly environment-Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly-Maintain a high standard of hospitality, whether dine-in, takeout, or delivery
