Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and motivated Shift Lead to join our pizza restaurant team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations during your shift, ensure excellent customer service, and support team members in a fast-paced environment. Requirements/Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate team members during assigned shiftsEnsure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are metProvide excellent customer service and resolve customer concernsAssist with food preparation, cooking, and order fulfillmentHandle cash, process transactions, and balance registersTrain and mentor new employeesMaintain inventory levels and communicate supply needsOpen and/or close the restaurant as requiredQualifications:Previous restaurant or food service experience preferredLeadership or supervisory experience is a plusStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentDependable, punctual, and team-orientedMust be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
