Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and customer service standards, identify deficiencies, and address issues with direct reports.
• Oversee recruiting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions; coach and develop staff.
• Manage sales against budget; implement local marketing to improve revenue and community presence.
• Maintain inventory, assets, and safety compliance; ensure proper cash management and maintenance.
