Marco’s Pizza, Hoogland Restaurant Group, in Shawnee, OK, seeks a General Manager to lead and develop people, ensure product quality and customer service, build sales, and control costs for the restaurant. Relocation may be required as part of our expansion.

You will interview and hire staff, train on company processes, schedule and manage payroll and benefits, and coordinate leadership team meetings. The role requires 3 years of leadership, 1 year restaurant experience, and the ability to lead

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop people to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Relocate as part of our expansion and drive store performance.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training.
• Ensure standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
