Marco’s Pizza through Hoogland Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume location. You will develop people, ensure product quality and customer service, and drive sales while controlling costs. Relocation is required to support growth and expansion with the franchise.

You will recruit, train, and schedule staff; manage payroll and benefits; handle inventory and reporting; and ensure adherence to Marco’s culture and standards across shifts.

Competenze

• 3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced setting.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members and manage a shift.

• Lead and develop people to deliver outstanding product quality and service.
• Source and interview store employees to align with company values.
• Train team on processes, policies, and customer service.
• Plan staffing, payroll, benefits, and performance reviews.
