Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco's Pizza franchise owner in the US, seeks a General Manager to lead a team, deliver outstanding product quality, and provide customer service excellence while driving sales and controlling costs.

Relocation to the area is supported; you will manage up to 20 staff, work ~50 hours weekly including weekends, and develop people through hands-on training and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings and store operations.
• Ensure inventory and scheduling align with company policies.
