Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, owner of Marco’s Pizza franchises, is seeking a General Manager to lead and develop people, ensuring high product quality and exceptional customer service while driving sales and controlling costs. Relocation is encouraged to support our expansion in the region.

You will oversee sourcing, training, scheduling, payroll, benefits and reporting to the home office, and manage a team of up to 20 employees across shifts. The role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience
• 1 year of restaurant experience (preferred)
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop restaurant team to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager and Shift Leads.
• Ensure standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Manage inventory, par levels, and ordering system; complete weekly and end-of-period inventories.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures for deposits and safe contents.
