Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, owner of Marco's Pizza locations, is seeking a General Manager in Nashville to lead and develop people, oversee product quality and customer service, and drive sales while controlling costs. The role requires relocating and building a high-performing team across shifts.

You will recruit, train, and manage up to 20 team members, schedule and oversee payroll and benefits, and partner with the home office to execute store initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to deliver quality product and service.
• Manage inventory and ordering processes.
• Plan store marketing and actions to improve business.
• Monitor weekly KPIs and aim for goals.
