Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchise owner in the US, seeks a General Manager to lead operations, develop people, and ensure top-quality product and service. You will drive sales, manage costs, and mentor a team of up to 20, with relocation encouraged to support expansion in the Chattanooga area.

This role requires hands-on leadership, daily planning, inventory control, scheduling, and adherence to company policies to build a world-class operation.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings and ensure scheduling and payroll are managed.
