Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, owner of Marco's Pizza locations across the US, is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager in Nashville to lead daily operations, coach a team, ensure food quality and customer service, and help drive sales while controlling costs.

You will train team members, supervise scheduling, handle deposits and POS, support marketing events, and ensure safety and sanitation standards align with Marco's guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management experience, preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Assist manager with scheduling and performance feedback.
• Maintain standards for cleanliness, sanitation and safety.
• Support marketing events and promotions to increase store sales.
• Ensure proper security and deposit procedures and manage store P&L.
