Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group is the largest Marco's Pizza franchise owner in the US with over 100 locations. The General Manager role in Tennessee leads people, drives sales, and ensures quality and customer service.

You will manage scheduling, payroll, benefits, and policies, while maintaining store standards and driving cost control. Growth opportunities exist within the expanding group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
• At least 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service, build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Demonstrate and reinforce leadership behaviors and company values.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings and manage scheduling, payroll, benefits, and reviews.
• Ensure store standards, inventory, marketing actions, and KPI targets are met.
