Hoogland Restaurant Group, owner of Marco’s Pizza locations nationwide, is seeking a General Manager with a passion for people and results. You will lead and develop staff, drive sales, and manage costs while ensuring top product quality and customer service.

Relocation is encouraged to join a fast-growing team. The role requires leadership of up to 20 people, weekend availability, and a focus on creating a world-class operation across locations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience, required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience, preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with staff and managers.
• Ensure accurate inventory, scheduling, and reporting to home office as requested.
