Papa Johns South MS is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality products and customer service while maximizing profits. You will lead a self-sufficient team, implement company policies, and foster pride and accountability among staff.

The GM will recruit and train team members, supervise staffing levels, and drive profitability while maintaining strong food safety and customer satisfaction standards in a franchise environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant management or supervision experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe/State or Local Food Service Certification required.
• A training period may be necessary before starting in the GM position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all functions of the Papa Johns restaurant to ensure quality products and service while maximizing profits.
• Manage operations and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
• Recruit, orient and train team members to exceed customer expectations, build teamwork and energy.
• Control food, labor, and other costs within budget using PROFIT system; maintain restaurant assets and cleanliness.
