You’ll lead a self-sufficient team, implement company policies, and drive performance in a fast-paced, franchised environment.

As GM you will recruit and train staff, maintain staffing levels, and monitor food and labor costs to stay within budget, while upholding brand standards and delivering a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of restaurant management or supervision experience.
• ServSafe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant functions to ensure quality products and service.
