Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for all functions of a Papa Johns restaurant to ensure quality products and customer service while maximizing profits.
• Lead operations, enforcing policies, procedures, programs, and systems in compliance with laws and ethics.
• Recruit, orient, and train team members to exceed customer expectations and maintain staffing levels.
• Manage profit goals and control food, labor, and other costs within budget using established systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper equipment maintenance across the restaurant.
