Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive profitability, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will guide a management team, ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation, and uphold brand standards with a hands-on leadership style.

As a GM, you will develop teams, supervise daily tasks, and strive for continuous improvement while maintaining a welcoming environment and strong company culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' current experience in the Casual Restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate's or a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided).

Responsibilities

• Direct restaurant operation to ensure a positive guest experience and profitability.
• Attain sales and profit objectives while maintaining high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety and sanitation.
• Lead and supervise managers and team members, fostering development and engagement.
