Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Two years restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
• Must have a driver’s license valid under state laws and proof of insurance.
• Skills: Cash management; planning and organization; effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality products to customers by building a system of quality with team members and ensuring orders reflect Papa John’s standards.
• Recruit, orient and train staff to exceed customer expectations and maintain staffing levels.
• Manage sales goals against budget and prior year by delivering quality customer service and driving local marketing.
• Control costs including food and labor within budget and oversee inventory and asset care.
