Ayvaz Pizza is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Edinburg, TX. You will support daily restaurant operations, lead a fast-paced team, and ensure friendly service with great food in a clean, inviting setting.

This role requires at least 1 year of Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume concept, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Internal promotions are based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service preferred.
• Flexibility to rotate shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License and access to private transportation.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee daily operations and maintain financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, train and orientate staff.
• Coach, counsel and develop team; manage staff relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Support a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
