Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchise, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Edinburg, TX to support daily restaurant operations and ensure friendly, fast, and high-quality service. The role collaborates with the General Manager and District Manager to uphold standards and procedures.

The candidate will lead a dynamic team, balance guests' needs with operational goals, and participate in training and development to achieve management objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent; possess documents required by state/federal law.
• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision making, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and records.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train, and orientate team members.
• Coach and develop staff while maintaining team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Assist with health and safety inspections and standards.
