Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee in Edna, Texas, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and deliver friendly, quick service with quality food in a clean, inviting setting.

You will support the General Manager and lead a team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guest satisfaction, proper staffing, and adherence to standards. Training and development are provided to help you advance your management career.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family-friendly restaurant.
