Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee in Eagle Pass, Texas, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations and deliver friendly, high-quality service with great food.

You will lead a small team, schedule staff, control costs, and ensure food safety while reporting to the General Manager. This role requires 1 year of assistant management experience and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Assistant Manager experience (high-volume food service preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and required documents by state/federal law.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain standards.
• Manage day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
