Job summary

Little Caesars-Ampler Pizza II in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking a Team Lead who will support the General Manager by guiding crew, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping achieve store profitability.

You will supervise shifts, coach colleagues, handle cash, maintain clean, safe work areas, and ensure compliance with policies and health regulations while delivering accurate, timely orders.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience in retail or a position involving customer contact is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma, or equivalent, and possess basic math skills.
• Possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relations skills.
• Be dependable, hardworking and have the ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations.
• Be able to work a standard schedule and be able to perform all the essential functions of the job.
• Possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence with a driving record maintained within company guidelines.
• Meet Little Caesars-Ampler Pizza II Background Verification guidelines.
• The U.S. Department of Justice (INS Division) requires that each Team Member provide documentation that proves their eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with correct, complete orders within service time goals.
• Prepare high quality products as described in the handbook.
• Maintain image and follow policies and standards.
• Keep work stations clean and organized per health dept.
• Manage cash and ensure safety procedures compliance.
• Provide direction and coaching to colleagues to meet standards.
• Monitor costs and supervise shift activities.
• Complete daily, weekly, and period-end paperwork.
• Open/close procedures and handle unexpected occurrences.
• Recruit and train, support marketing and image.
