Job summary

Flippers Pizza, Inc. in Davenport, FL seeks a pizza cook to craft pizzas from scratch in a fast-paced environment using 600-degree brick ovens. You will make dough from scratch, hand stretch pizzas, and use all-natural ingredients.

Responsibilities include stretching, topping, cooking with Flippers methods; managing fresh dough made on-site and cold fermented for 48 hours; weighing and mixing ingredients; handling delivery orders; and keeping the kitchen clean as you go.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Must be at least 16 years old to hand stretch pizzas; 18+ to use mixer/food processor.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn Flippers methods and standards.

Responsibilities

• Stretching, topping, and cooking pizza using Flippers methods.
• Make & manage fresh dough (on-site, cold fermented 48 hours).
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients as per recipes with kitchen tools.
• Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization while working.

This position is responsible for crafting the perfect pizza. You will make dough from scratch, hand stretch pizzas, use only all-natural ingredients, and bake in our 600 degree brick ovens.
