Qualifications

• Experience in a pizzeria or Italian restaurant is preferred.
• Knowledge of pizza dough handling, stretching techniques, and oven operation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one.

• Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings with consistency and attention to detail
• Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure proper cook times and temperatures
• Maintain a clean and organized pizza station throughout each shift
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assist with prep work including slicing, portioning, and stocking ingredients
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
