Valentinas Italian Bistro in Orange Park, FL is seeking a passionate Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team. You will craft delicious, authentic pizzas and take pride in every pie that comes from our oven, helping to deliver a true Italian dining experience.

In this role you will hand-stretch dough, apply sauces and toppings, operate pizza ovens, and maintain a clean, efficient station. We value reliability, teamwork, and adherence to food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a pizzeria or Italian restaurant.
• Knowledge of dough handling, stretching, and oven operation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
