Qualifications

• Prior experience in a pizzeria or Italian restaurant.
• Knowledge of dough handling, stretching, and oven operation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough to order according to restaurant standards.
• Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings with consistency and attention to detail.
• Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure proper cook times and temperatures.
• Maintain a clean and organized pizza station throughout each shift.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Assist with prep work including slicing, portioning, and stocking ingredients.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
