Job summary

Bella Italia Pizza in Orlando, FL is seeking a skilled Pizza Maker with at least 4 years of pizza making and 4 years as a saute cook to join our busy kitchen.

You will stretch and hand toss dough, prepare Italian dishes, and operate ovens in a high-volume setting while maintaining food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble pizzas according to recipes and customer specifications.

• Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings with consistency and accuracy.
• Operate and monitor pizza ovens, adjusting temperature and cook times as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food inventory.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Bella Italia Pizza is looking for minimum 4 years of experience as a Pizza Maker and minimum 4 years of experience as a Saute Cook in a Kitchen.
