• Prior experience in a pizza-making or kitchen role preferred.
• Familiarity with traditional pizza dough handling and oven operation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stretch pizza dough to order according to restaurant standards
• Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings with consistency and attention to detail
• Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure proper cook times and temperatures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
• Assist with daily prep work including dough production, sauce preparation, and ingredient portioning
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Follow all food safety and handling guidelines at all times
