Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work long hours including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and portioning.
• Performs assigned workstation duties such as making quality products and following prep procedures.
• Contributes to meeting the restaurant's product goals and customer needs while minimizing complaints.
• Follows policies and procedures including attendance, safety and security.
• Ensure adequate shift coverage and provide feedback to correct issues.
