Qualifications

• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work long hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and laws; maintains profitability.
• Maintains shift coverage and corrects problems; monitors food/labor costs and cleanliness.
