Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to dough management, portioning, quality product preparation, and holding times to meet standards.
• Maintains positive attitude, collaborates with team, and adapts to change.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides immediate feedback to address issues; maintains food, labor costs, and cleanliness standards.
• Manages cash using company systems and assists in inventory control to minimize loss.
