Qualifications

• 3 years leadership experience.
• 1 year restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales while controlling costs and optimizing operations.
• Ensure inventory par levels, ordering, and end-of-period inventories.
• Create store action plans and weekly KPI targets.
