Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco's Pizza franchise owner in the US, is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead operations. You will develop people, ensure product quality and customer service, and drive sales while controlling costs across a growing brand.

Relocation is a key component, and you will manage staffing, training, and performance while sustaining a world-class restaurant experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Source and interview store employees to ensure values alignment.
• Train team on processes, customer service, and updated policies.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with staff.
• Maintain standards for quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Manage inventory par levels and ordering; complete weekly/end inventories.
• Create store action plans and monitor weekly KPIs.
• Ensure security procedures for deposits and safe contents.
