Job summary

Citizant is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to support PIV card activations, enrollments, and updates in Detroit, MI. You will coordinate appointments, verify identities, collect documents, and ensure secure handling of sensitive information while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with data entry and reporting using Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience with Excel for data management, coordination and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to attend local hiring events 3-4 times a month.
• Adapt to changing security procedures and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and/or service walk-ins for PIV Card activations, enrollments, certificate updates, and PIN resets.
• Answer phone calls and emails related to PIV credentials and access control.
• Coordinate and conduct enrollment for PIV cards, verifying applicant identity and collecting required documents.
• Manage appointments and schedules to ensure a steady flow of applicants with efficiency and accuracy.
• Accurately collect and document personal information and biometric data.
• Verify the authenticity of documents to prevent fraudulent enrollment attempts.
• Handle sensitive data and maintain data security per guidelines.
• Communicate enrollment steps clearly and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain records of enrollment processes and prepare status-tracking spreadsheets.
