Electrosoft in Kentucky is seeking a Government Badging & Credentialing Specialist to manage the HSPD-12 enrollment process for PIV cards, including scheduling, intake, and verification.

You will handle sensitive biometric and personal data, maintain records, ensure compliance with security policies, and deliver professional customer service while coordinating with applicants and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management, coordination, and reporting.
• Ability to adapt to changing security procedures and requirements.
• Prior experience in a similar role, customer service, or administrative position may be advantageous.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Attend local hiring events 3-4 times a month (may vary, depending on the business need).
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and service walk-ins for PIV card activations, enrollments, updates, and PIN resets.
• Answer phone and email inquiries related to PIV credentials and access control.
• Coordinate enrollment process and verify applicant identity and required documentation.
• Manage appointments and schedules to ensure steady applicant flow with efficiency and accuracy.
• Collect and document personal information, biometric data, and other details from applicants.
• Ensure forms and documents are properly completed and submitted per guidelines.
• Verify authenticity of documents and information to prevent fraud.
• Maintain data security and protect sensitive information per policies.
