Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and/or walk-ins for PIV activations, enrollments, certificate updates, and PIN resets.
• Answer inquiries related to PIV credentials and access control.
• Coordinate and conduct enrollment for PIV cards, verify applicant identity and collect required docs.
• Maintain accurate enrollment records and data entry.
• Verify authenticity of documents to prevent fraudulent enrollment.
