• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and/or service walk-ins for PIV activations, enrollments, updates, and PIN resets.
• Answer calls/emails related to PIV credentials and access control matters.
• Coordinate enrollment process for PIV cards, verify identity, and collect required documentation.
• Manage appointments and schedules to maintain a steady flow of applicants.
• Accurately collect and document personal information and biometric data.
• Verify authenticity of documents and information to prevent fraudulent enrollment.
• Handle sensitive data and adhere to data protection regulations and security protocols.
• Communicate enrollment steps clearly and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of the enrollment process and status of files.
• Stay up to date with policies, regulations, and procedures related to PIV enrollment.
• Attend local hiring events 3-4 times a month as needed.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
