Citizant in Utah is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to support PIV card activations and related credentialing services for federal clients.

You will handle appointment scheduling, data collection, verification, and secure recordkeeping, while delivering clear guidance to applicants and maintaining strict privacy standards. This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service in a fast-paced, government-focused environment.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule appointments and manage enrollment for PIV cards and PIN resets.
• Collect and document applicant information and biometric data.
• Verify documents and prevent fraudulent enrollment attempts.
• Ensure data security and privacy per policies.
• Communicate enrollment steps clearly to applicants.
• Maintain enrollment records and status spreadsheets.
• Stay updated on applicable enrollment regulations and training.
