Job summary

Citizant in the Kansas City area seeks an Enrollment Process Support professional to manage PIV card activations, enrollments, certificate updates, and PIN resets for federal clients.

You will coordinate enrollment workflows, verify applicant identities, collect documentation, and ensure data accuracy while adhering to security protocols and privacy requirements. Strong Excel data skills and customer-service experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management, coordination, and reporting.
• Ability to adapt to changing security procedures and requirements.
• Prior experience in a similar role, customer service, or administrative position may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and/or service walk-ins for PIV activations, enrollments, certificate updates, and PIN resets.
• Answer calls/emails related to PIV credentials and access control matters.
• Coordinate enrollment process for PIV cards, verify identity, and collect required documentation.
• Manage appointments to accommodate flow of applicants with efficiency and accuracy.
• Collect and document personal information, biometric data, and other necessary details.
• Ensure all forms are completed and submitted per guidelines.
• Verify authenticity of documents to prevent fraudulent enrollments.
• Use approved methods to verify applicants' identities.
• Handle sensitive data and adhere to data protection regulations and security protocols.
• Communicate enrollment steps clearly and professionally to applicants.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions/concerns.
• Escalate and de-escalate customer issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate enrollment records and track status of applicants and files.
• Stay updated with policies, regulations, and procedures for PIV enrollment.
