Job summary

Jim 'N Nick's Mt. Juliet, TN is seeking a Pit Master/Meat Cutter for a part-time, on-site role. You will own the pit and meat operation, run our smokers with skill, cut and portion to spec, and ensure every pound meets our standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as pitmaster, meat cutter, line cook, expediter or prep cook is preferred.
• Disciplined, consistent and take pride in the craft.

• Manage inventory and food waste in pit and meat area, follow procedures to the letter, uphold safety and sanitation.
