Jim 'N Nick's in Athens, GA is seeking a hands-on Pitmaster to own the pit and meat operation. You’ll run our smokers, cut and portion to spec, and monitor the quality of every pound of smoked meat leaving your station.

Qualifications

• Experience as pitmaster, meat cutter, line cook, expediter or prep cook is preferred.
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Must be able to stand 8+ hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong commitment to safety and sanitation.
