Job summary

Primoris Energy Services seeks a Field Engineer to provide planning and technical support to the construction team in Texas. You will coordinate field operations, resolve technical issues on site, and assist with WorkFace Planning and change management.

You will perform site inspections, track progress, prepare RFIs, and ensure safety and quality. Collaboration with project managers and subcontractors is essential to meet schedule and budget while maintaining compliance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in field engineering on industrial projects preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality.
• Provide technical support and generate RFIs with clients/subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress and safety.
• Plan with WorkFace Planning to provide work packages aligned with schedule.
• Prepare project status reports addressing schedule, progress and issues.
• Coordinate with managers, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and review submittals.
• Support quality control and safety compliance on site.
